How does overage billing work?+
When your monthly quota runs out, we ask before charging: confirm the discounted one-off rate ($24.99 on Basic, $19.99 on Pro), pay it, and the document generates immediately. No surprise charges at month-end.
Do you charge per case or per document?+
Per document. Creating cases and entering facts is always free — you only pay when you generate a notice.
Can I cancel or switch plans?+
Anytime. A cancelled subscription stays usable through the paid month. Downgrades clear any rolled-over quota, so plan rollover usage before switching.
What is the refund policy?+
One-off purchases that have not generated a document are refundable within 14 days. Generated or downloaded documents are final. Annual plans cancelled early refund the unused months minus a 5% processing fee, calculated at the monthly price.
